2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 324, 379, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No.148 of 2024.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that her second marriage was solemnized with Mohan Sah after the death of her husband who left behind the liabilities

It is next alleged that after marriage she came to know that her husband had already married 3-4 times previously. It is next alleged that on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry the accused persons used to torture her and even snatched the ornaments.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case being mother-in-law, married sister-in-law (Nanad), husband of married sister-in-law (Nandoshi) and son of sister-in-law. It is also submitted that allegation of demand of dowry, torture is general and omnibus in nature. It is next submitted that whenever any dispute arises in between the husband and the wife the entire family members are implicated in a mechanical manner with general and omnibus allegation. It is also submitted that the complainant is residing at her matrimonial home presently.
5. The learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail application.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4363 of 2025(2) dt.12-02-2025 3/3 within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-X, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No.148 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
7. The application stands allowed.
