2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 406, 419, 420, 379, 411, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(C), (D) of the I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner has been caught red handed while committing the ATM fraud. 09 ATM Cards and Rs. 1, 07,000/- have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Since the petitioner has been caught red handed and there is recovery of 09 ATM Cards and Rs. 1,07,000/- from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7839 of 2024(3) dt.16-04-2024 2/2 the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
