The petitioner is languishing in custody since 08.07.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that when the father of the informant went outside to ease five miscreants came on motorcycle and one of them fired on the father of the informant. The informant suspected that the firing was resorted to due to nonpayment of extortion demanded by co-accused Babloo Pandey and his associates. The name of the petitioner sprang up on the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21236 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 confession of co-accused.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has not been put on TIP and the investigation has already concluded.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner is accused in one other case under Arms Act.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Ramgadhwa P.S. Case No. 60 of 2013.
