Petitioner is not named in the first information report and as a matter of fact, the name of petitioner surfaced in confessional statement of accused of Barun P.S. Case No. 223 of 2014 and after that petitioner was remanded in three cases including Barun P.S. Case No. 223 of 2014 but when he got bail in the aforesaid cases, again he was remanded in the present case and two other cases on the basis of so-called confessional statement of co-accused, Rakesh Kumar Gupta and except the aforesaid confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10341 of 2016 (2) dt.03-03-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 120 of 2014.
