JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 333, 353, 307 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the mob attacked the police party and damaged the police vehicle.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10355 of 2016 (2) dt.04-03-2016 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general against the mob. The son of one Pintu Kumar Vishwakarma was taken to Magadh Medical hospital after beaten by snake but due to lack of anti-venom injection, he died, hence mob was protesting against the hospital authorities. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners except petitioner no.4 have no criminal antecedent and petitioner no.4 is accused in other case in which he is on bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-4th, Gaya in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
