Patna High Court CWJC No.2718 of 2017(4) dt.05-01-2018 2/2 05-01-2018 Both these writ applications have been filed on behalf of Raghunath Sah, Ucchh Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Harchanda, Muzaffarpur, through its Secretary, Sujit Kumar. In both the applications filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondents to grant affiliation to the said Raghunath Sah, Ucchh Madhyamik Vidyalatya, Harchanda, Muzaffarpur.

2. CWJC No. 2718 of 2017 was filed on 17.02.2017 and seeking the same relief, the petitioner filed the other writ application being CWJC No.14106 of 2017 on 21.09.2017. There is statement made in paragraph 20 of CWJC No. 14106 of 2017 that the petitioner has not moved earlier before this Court in this regard. The statement made in paragraph 20 is apparently false. The petitioner has thus, not approached this Court with clean hand.

3. On this ground alone, both these writ applications are dismissed.
