JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 11.04.2023 passed in Anganwari Case No. 4/2020-21 issued by District Magistrate Muzaffarpur by which the appeal of the petitioner has been rejected and also for quashing the order dated 28.01.2020 passed in Case no.28/ 2019 issued by the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.3313 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur, as order passed by the authority the same is without consideration of facts.

(II) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus, Commanding and directing the respondents authorities to appoint the petitioner as Anganwari Sevika of ward No.2, Centre No. 227 under gram Panchayat Raj Bhutane, Block- Bochchan."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned civil court of competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
