Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 could not surrender as they are residing out of State, as such submitted for extension of the time.

Having heard both sides, it appears that the order has been passed on 31.7.2018 and after six months of the period, the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4453 of 2019(2) dt.31-01-2019 2/2 prayer has been made as such I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order passed by this Court, however, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the order and pray for regular bail, which will be considered by the leaned court below considering the fact that they have been granted anticipatory bail but they could not appear in time and he will also try to dispose of the same on the same day.
