2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Narpatganj (Basmatiya) P.S. Case No. 644 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21C, 22, 23 of the NDPS Act.
3. As per allegation, 17 gram narcotic substance was recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is in custody since 6.11.2023.
5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9521 of 2024(5) dt.08-07-2024 2/2 circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, the bail application is presently rejected.
