3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any error apparent on the face of the record or any other sufficient reason as may warrant review of the aforesaid order dated 01.02.2016.

It however may be made clear that in case recovery is sought to be made against the petitioner through a certificate proceeding, the petitioner shall be entitled to raise objection, which shall be considered on its own merits in accordance with law.
