Grievance of the petitioner in the present application is that despite favourable order of the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, the respondents are sitting tight over the matter and they are not making payment to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer

Patna High Court CWJC No.2715 of 2020(2) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 (Establishment), Darbhanga to ensure payment to the petitioner in terms of the order of District Teacher Employment Authority at the earliest, preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
