JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and two others were caught by the police while they were found sitting in a stolen vehicle. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused namely, Nago Mahto has already been granted privilege of bail by this court.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 15 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
