ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-04-2016 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 11.12.2015 passed by the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in Criminal Appeal No. 64 of 2012, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 13.09.2012 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur (W) in Paru P.S. Case No. 88 of 2009 (Tr. No. 514 of 2012, G.R. No 741 of 2009), by which he has convicted the Petitioner under Section 25(1-B), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for one year. Having gone through the judgment of conviction, I do not find any merit in the application.

However, considering the period of custody, the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the Petitioner.
