The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case no. 380 of 2019, registered under Sections 201 and 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant by her husband and other in-laws due to nonfulfillment of demand of cash of Rs. One Lakh and motorcycle, in dowry, and hiding her dead body to conceal the evidence. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are Gotni of the deceased, daughter of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2400 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 informant, and they have falsely been implicated in this case only to put undue pressure. Moreover, Dhupesh Goswami @ Mukesh Goswami, husband of the deceased is in custody. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 380 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
