JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State, Mr. Mritunjay Kumar Nirala. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 28.09.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 31677 of 2022.

Learned counsel next submits that, inadvertently, in Cr. Misc. No. 31677 of 2022, the father's name of this petitioner was typed as Dukha Paswan and the name of village was typed as Moniyarpur when the father of the petitioner had died much earlier to filing of Cr. Misc. No. 31677 of 2022 and the name of the father of the petitioner was Late Yogendra Paswan and the name of the village was Kathaulia (Chainpur Nankar). Learned counsel for the petitioner thus seeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14933 of 2023(2) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 modification of the order dated 28.09.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 31677 of 2022.

In view of the submissions recorded herein above, the cause title in the order dated 28.09.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 31677 of 2022 is modified to read as Umesh Paswan S/o Late Yogendra Paswan resident of village Kathaulia (Chainpur Nankar), P.S. Bidupur District Vaishali (Bihar) instead of Umesh Paswan S/o of Dukha Paswan resident of village Moniyarpur, P.S. Bidupur District Vaishali (Bihar).

The order dated 28.09.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 31677 of 2022 is modified to the extent indicated above. In the event, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Trial Court on or before 10.04.2023, the learned Trial Court shall accept the bail bonds of the petitioner.
