This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Ahiyaur P.S. Case No. 682 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. From the record, it appears that the deceased died because of asphyxia by throttling. The marriage is of 2019. There is direct allegation against the petitioner of demand of dowry, torturing and killing the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts, in the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3823 of 2022(2) dt.21-03-2022 2/2 petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
