The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

There is recovery of 160 liters of country-made Mahua liquor from the canal of Fulwariya Dam. Petitioner and others are alleged to have fled away from the place of recovery. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and has got no concern with the alleged recovery, but only on suspicion, he has been made accused in this case.

However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got
