Case No. 03 of 2014 registered under Sections-498A, 304(B), 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and accordingly, both the above-said petitions are being heard and disposed off by this common order. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3389 of 2015 (3) dt.21-04-2015 2/3 learned counsel, appearing for the informant. Petitioners in Cr. Misc. No. 3389 of 2015 are father-in-law and elder brother-in-law of the deceased respectively and so far as the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 3489 of 2015 is concerned; he happens to be husband of the deceased. It is admitted case of the prosecution that the marriage of the deceased was solemnized with the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 3489 of 2015 on 13-04-2011 but within a very short span of time, the deceased came to her parental home where she started residing and after that, Maintenance case as well as criminal case were filed against the petitioners by the deceased. In course of investigation, some witnesses claimed that the deceased was seen in the company of the petitioner No. 1 in Cr. Misc. No.
3389 of 2015 on 07-01-2014 though it is stated that she became traceless from her parental home on 06-01-2014. It is also an admitted position that the dead body of the deceased was recovered in Nepal on 08-01-2014 and after recovery of the dead body of the deceased; the present case was lodged against these petitioners.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/-
