JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-03-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 11.1.2016 in a complaint case wherein process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken under Sections 498A and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner admits his marriage with the complainant and is ready to keep her with due dignity and honour. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 8 of the petition which reads as follows:

"That the petitioner undertakes that he is always ready to keep the complainant with all respects and dignity if she wants to live with him."

No.12163 of 2016 (2) dt.14-03-2016 2/2 Considering the fact let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Danapur in connection with Complaint Case No. 101C of 2011.
