The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 420, 406 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is that Girja Devi, claiming herself to be the incarnation of God, assured the people to make their money double. It is alleged that the petitioner and other accused persons including the petitioner cheated innocent people by alluring them to deposit money. It is submitted that the other accused persons, namely, Soni Devi, Nita Devi, Ranbir Singh, Chhote Lal Singh have already been enlarged on bail. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
