The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The police got information that a stolen truck bearing registration no. UP-57T-6476 was parked and two persons were talking with each other to sell the truck. The police went there and apprehended the petitioner and recovered the truck. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case and they are rotting in jail since 07.12.2014 and they have no criminal antecedents.

Considering the fact that the truck was recovered by the side of the road and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedents although they are in jail since 07.12.2014, the above

No.18804 of 2015 (2) dt.16-06-2015 2/2 named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Garkha P.S. Case No. 230/2014.
