The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 14.12.2021, whereby P.S. case no. is wrongly typed as "Bihar P.S. Case No. 599 of 2020" instead of "Bihar P.S. Case No. 592 of 2020". It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the P.S. Case number has wrongly been mentioned in the petition as Bihar OP.S. Case No. 599 of 2020 instead of "Bihar P.S. Case No. 592 of 2020".

In view of the submission above, this application is allowed. The order dated 14.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17466 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7433 of 2022(2) dt.16-02-2022 2/2 surrender before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Bihar Sharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 592 of 2020, within a period of further four weeks from today. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
