One country made Katta is said to have been recovered from a bag which was being carried by the petitioner at the time of raid. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 14.12.2015. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S.Case No. 510 of 2015.
