Case No. 208 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act. There is recovery of one pistol from the possession of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been implicated at the instance of police and he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for more than three months.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. However, once charge has been framed in this order or petitioner has remained in custody for six months, whichever is earlier, he may
