JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of the victim was recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in which she stated that she had gone along with co-accused Ravi Yadav. The victim has nowhere stated about the involvement of the petitioners in the alleged occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia,
