JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 8.10.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 58128 of 2018 with observation to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that case is pending for the FSL report and cognizance has not been taken and charge has not been framed.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstance, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Learned trial court is directed to expedite the matter of framing of charge and also directed the FSL to produce report within 15 days. With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
