2. The instance application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 545 of 2023 arising out of Mushahari P.S., Case No. 14 of 2023 instituted for the offence u/s 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 23.8.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43295 of 2023 with an observation to expedite the trial.

4. In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report dt. 19.2.2024 with regard to the present stage of trial has been received by which it appears that the case has been fixed for adducing prosecution witnesses and the trial is likely to be

5. No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner, as such, his prayer is rejected.

6. Accordingly, this application stands disposed off.

7. Learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of nine months, failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail.
