The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 171-F, 332, 353, 384, 387, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that when the panchayat election was going on, hundred

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4616 of 2022(2) dt.16-06-2022 2/3 anti-social elements came at Booth No. 320, snatched ballot papers and torn them and when the informant raised protest, they threatened the informant and other officials of the booth of life threat.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners were not named in the F.I.R. The police after investigation submitted final form finding the case not true against the petitioners. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipatti in connection with Bisfi (Patauna) P.S. Case No. 72 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4616 of 2022(2) dt.16-06-2022 3/3 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
