The name of the petitioner came in this case in statement of co-accused, Parmesh Kumar on whose confessional statement, stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered. So far as petitioner is concerned; nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession nor has he been put on Test Identification Parade.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Purnahiya P.S.
