In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Trial No. 2084 of 2018 arising from I.F. Case No.153 of 2006 registered for offence punishable under sections 33, 41, 42 I.F.Act and 27, 29 of the Wild Life Protection Act.

Allegation has been made that the petitioners by stealthy uprooted the sisam tree, they are Mafia and are engaged in illegal transportation of the tree.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners and
