The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 31-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation that twelve persons including the petitioners variously armed came at Aguani bus stand and surrounded the victim and on the order of co-accused Nagina Singh, co-accused Nilesh Singh who was armed with iron rod assaulted on the head of Grees Singh and other accused persons assaulted the victim Grees Singh by lathi and danda.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners and the allegation against them is general and omnibus.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18466 of 2015 (3) dt.31-07-2015 Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Parbatta P. S. Case No. 267 of 2014, G.R. No. 2298 of 2014.
