The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 414, 468, 471, 477, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) and 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is in custody since 01.10.2021 and he has criminal antecedent of same nature of case.

Considering the custody and the allegation levelled against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4609 of 2022(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/2 be enlarged on bail, after completion of one year of custody, in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 349 of 2019 on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai.

This application stands allowed.
