The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking modification of order dated 18.10.2023 granting thirty days' time to surrender before the learned trial Court in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No.268 of 2023, for extending the time by a further two weeks, on the ground that they were living in another State and hence they could not furnish bail bond within the stipulated time.
