The petitioner seeks bail in a case under sections 416 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code, Section 25(1-B), 26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of Criminal Law Amendment Act.

The petitioner, of course, is named in the F.I.R. but nothing has been recovered from his possession. Similarly situated co-accused Suresh Ram, Manoj Sahni, Shashi Ranjan and others have been enlarged on bail by this Court. The petitioner is in jail since 12.09.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20567 of 2015 (2) dt.17-06-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 194 of 2011.
