Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 489B, 489 C/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that counterfeit notes of Rs. 25,000/- were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner as well as huge recovery of counterfeit notes were made from possession of associates of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with ATS (Bihar) P.S.
