The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No.110 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 325, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim causing simple injury. The petitioner is in custody 26.10.2024.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner as well as the fact that the injury sustained by the victim is simple in nature, this application is allowed. 5.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
