Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off in
Patna High Court CWJC No.3444 of 2017 (2) dt.28-03-2018 3/3 terms of the aforesaid two orders passed in the writ petition and the L.P.A. The State Government should take steps in the light of the aforesaid two judgments and redress the grievances of the petitioners herein.
