2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievances raised in this writ application, petitioner has approached the respondent authorities by filing representations but no order has been passed as yet.

In such view of the matter, petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the Respondent No. 1 along with all supporting documents within a period of two weeks and Respondent No. 1 is advised to consider the case of petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through their
Patna High Court CWJC No.3345 of 2024(2) dt.21-10-2024 2/2 counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law withing eight weeks thereafter.
4. It is made clear that Respondent No. 1 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
