2. This application is filed for modification of order dated 01.02.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10244 of 2020.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 01.02.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10244 of 2020, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail with a direction to surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4312 of 2025(2) dt.07-02-2025 2/2 (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 125 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner could not furnish the bail bonds before the Court below within the stipulated time because the petitioner was under treatment of doctors at Budha Hospital.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to extend the time for furnishing the bail bond of the petitioner.

5. In view of the above, let the time to surrender of the petitioner, as ordered on 01.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10244 of 2020 be further extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

6. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 01.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10244 of 2020 is modified to the above extent. (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) shivam/- U T
