2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 337, 338, 376, 313, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case in the first information report is that the petitioner Shree Kant Kumar has been sexually exploiting the informant for the past several years by giving false promises. There is also an allegation of making objectionable videos etc.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from a bare perusal of the first information report it would be apparent that the relationship between the petitioner and the informant has been going on since several years and the

It would actually be a case of consensual relationship between the parties as she has herself stated that whenever she used to conceive, she used to have medicines for aborting the pregnancy. It has also been submitted that the FIR is also vague to the extent that it has not been indicated as to since when she is being sexually exploited and as to why this case has been filed after lapse of so many years. It would also appear from the FIR that when her mother and her aunt had seen her along with the petitioner in the night on 02.06.2024, only then, the present case has come to be filed not only against the petitioner but against the entire family. There is a case filed on behalf of the petitioner's side also which is Annexure-2 series to the present petition.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the application for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances and also taking into consideration the vagueness of the FIR and the delay in filing of the case, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where
