The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S.Case No.290 of 2019 dated 10.4.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per FIR, there is allegation against the petitioner of firing on the informant and while he was fleeing away he was assaulted by lathi by other accused persons.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that FIR itself shows that nobody has received injury and he is in custody since 7.11.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.2115 of 2020(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bhagalpur/successor court in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S.case No.290 of 2019.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
