The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Raghopur (Rustampur O.P.). P.S. Case No.148 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from Baburbani diyar near Sukumarpur. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a
