This application has been filed for quashing of order dated 13.10.2022 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Saran at chapra in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2019 for the offences under Section 363, 365, 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

With consent of the parties, Sessions Trail No. 537 of 2019 is transferred to the court of learned Sessions Judge, Saran at chapra who will dispose of the case expeditiously. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
