The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Anti P.S. Case No.65 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

One stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and also the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5890 of 2024(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Gaya, in connection with Anti P.S. Case No.65 of 2023.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Anti Police Station, District-Gaya on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
