This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Khiri More (Pirarpura) P.S. Case No.173 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 65, 89, 61(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023 and under section 4 of the POCSO Act.

From the records, it appears that the petitioner was in relationship with the victim girl. He is in custody since 04.09.2024.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, VII-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Patna, in connection with Khiri More (Piyarpura) P.S. Case No.173 of 2024.
