Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One country made loaded katta is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and furthermore, allegedly, some looted cash was also recovered beneath the bed of co- accused Bankatesh Sharma.

Co- accused Bankatesh Sharma, from whose possession one rifle and three cartridges were recovered, has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court. Petitioner is in jail custody since 11.10.2014. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
