The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 238/12 for the offences punishable under sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in brief, is that the informant's son was murdered and the informant suspected that after murdering his son, criminals had thrown his dead body in Bandh. On behalf of the petitioner is has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the present case only on suspicion. Further, it is submitted that the other co-accused Mukesh Singh

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19364 of 2015 (2) dt.11-06-2015 2 / 2 has been granted bail by this Court -vide order dated 21-3-14 in Cr.Misc. No. 41304/13.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that it is true that the petitioner's name has appeared in course of investigation. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner Amar Singh@ Amarjeet Singh be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui, in Sikandra P.S. Case No. 238 of 2012.
