The issue involved in this writ petition is for declaration of the petitioner as lifelong donor membership of senate L.N.Mithila University.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already deposited Rs.1,01,000/- and in terms of the University statute, the petitioner is eligible to be declared as lifelong donor member but the matter is pending in the office of Chancellor.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the University that the necessary formalities were made and the matter was

In view of the facts aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of with a request to the Hon'ble Chancellor to expedite the matter and take appropriate decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner for nominating him as lifelong donor membership of senate at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
