The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 89 of 2020 registered under Sections 406, 409 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that from perusal of Annexure-2, it appears that the petitioner has already deposited the withdrawn amount to the Bank Account of "Nal Jal Yojna" in Gramin Bank. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3781 of 2023(2) dt.09-05-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-VI, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 89 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
