2. In terms of order dated 02.08.2019, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Begusarai is present and has

Patna High Court MJC No.672 of 2017 dt.09-08-2019 2/2 filed supplementary show cause. From the same, it transpires that the relief to which the petitioner was entitled has been granted to him. It has further been stated that fixing the salary and giving benefit of ACP, the service book has been sent to the District Account Officer for verification and upon return of the same, payment shall be made to the petitioner.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Court finds that the order of the writ Court having been complied with, the application stands disposed off.
